Salmon loaf #5

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (8-oz) pink salmon
1 \N Beaten egg
¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice (up to)
14 \N Unsalted soda crackers (crushed)
½ teaspoon Salt
3 \N Sprinkles pepper; more or less
1 dash Celery salt
1 dash Seafood seasoning (optional)
1 tablespoon Chopped onion (optional)

From: "Elizabeth G. Trondsen" <etrondse@...> Date: Mon, 12 Jun 1995 14:16:08 GMT Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using hands or a spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or cook in microwave oven for about 7 min.). Serves 1-2.

Hint: I usually always double the recipe, since using only 1 tin of salmon can only serve 1-2 if the people are just moderately hungry! REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES
