|1 can||(8-oz) pink salmon|
|1 \N||Beaten egg|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice (up to)|
|14 \N||Unsalted soda crackers (crushed)|
|3 \N||Sprinkles pepper; more or less|
|1 dash||Celery salt|
|1 dash||Seafood seasoning (optional)|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped onion (optional)|
From: "Elizabeth G. Trondsen" <etrondse@...> Date: Mon, 12 Jun 1995 14:16:08 GMT Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using hands or a spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or cook in microwave oven for about 7 min.). Serves 1-2.
Hint: I usually always double the recipe, since using only 1 tin of salmon can only serve 1-2 if the people are just moderately hungry! REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES
