Ingredients

| 1 | can | (14-oz) red sock-eye salmon |
| 1½ | cup | Mashed potato chips |
| 1 | small | Onion; chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
| 3 | larges | Eggs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir until well blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan about 11x5-inch size. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Great served with macaroni & cheese and peas & carrots.
