Ingredients

| 1 | can | (large) salmon |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| ¾ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | Lemon; juice of | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Scraped onion |
| ½ | cup | Green pepper; minced fine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Flake salmon. Scald milk; add bread crumbs and butter: let stand 5 minutes. Beat until smooth; then combine with salmon, egg, seasonings and flavorings.
Put in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with Progresso bread crumbs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Unmold and serve hot with tomato sauce. Serves 6.
