Peanut sauce #1

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons Hot chili sauce (from the --
Oriental Market)
3 Cloves garlic -- minced
3 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Ground cayenne
¼ cup Lime juice
¼ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Peanut oil

Combine all in food processor. Process until smooth thick paste is formed. You may adjust the amount of chili sauce to taste. You may also adjust the amount of oil for a thinner or thicker sauce.

Refigerate, but allow to come to room temperature before serving.

Serve with satay chicken.
