Peanut sauce (rice)

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Creamy peanut butter (Don't use old fashioned "home style" or fresh ground)
½ cup Of hot water
3 tablespoons Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dark molasses
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Granules
½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

In small bowl, whisk peanut butter into water. Add remaining i ingredients and whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Bring to room temperature before serving From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
