Peanut butter-bran muffins

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Bran |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking Powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¼ | cup | Peanut Butter |
| ½ | cup | Lowfat Milk |
| ⅓ | cup | Peanuts, chopped |
Directions
Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
