Pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts

| 1 | Jar double cream | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic |
| 4 | ounces | Blue or gorgonzola cheese |
| Salt & Pepper to taste | ||
| 4 | ounces | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
Directions
Heat all the ingredients except the walnuts into a smooth sauce. Add the sauce to your hot pasta,then stir in the walnuts.
