Pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts

1Jar double cream
1tablespoonGarlic
4ouncesBlue or gorgonzola cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
4ouncesChopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

Heat all the ingredients except the walnuts into a smooth sauce. Add the sauce to your hot pasta,then stir in the walnuts.
