Pasta gorgonzola miraculous

Ingredients

1Beef bouillon cubes
2cupsHot water
1Onion -- chopped
1cupSkim milk
3tablespoonsCorn oil
2tablespoonsVodka
¼cupTriple Sec -- or Cointreau
2slicesHam -- chopped
3ouncesGorgonzola cheese --
Crumbled
8ouncesFrozen chopped spinach
3ouncesLowfat ricotta cheese
1poundsRotelle pasta
Fresh ground black pepper
Grated cheese

Directions

In a saucepan, dissolve the beef bouillon cube in the hot water. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil, while stirring, until the onions are cooked through. Boil the rotelle according to the package directions and drain thoroughly. Combine the pasta and the sauce and add ground pepper to taste. Serve with grated cheese on the side.
