Measure Ingredient
Pasta or rice
French dressing
Seasoning
Salad onion
Red pepper; chopped
Carrot; grated
Cucumber; shredded
Fresh parsley; chopped
Olives; (optional)
Sunflower seeds or raisins; (optional)

Boil some pasta or rice until cooked and then drain.

Mix in a little French dressing, season well and cool.

Add the chopped salad onion, chopped red pepper, carrot and some shreds of cucumber. Also, lots of chopped fresh parsley is nice and healthy. If your children like olives then add those and a handful of sunflower seeds or raisins.
