Parsley ``gravy''

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Cashew nuts |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Arrowroot powder (or 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour) 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce |
| 2 | Celery sticks | |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Celery seed powder |
Directions
