Parmesan and mozzarella pizza

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Pizza bases
200 grams Mozzarella
100 grams Fresh parmesan; (grated, not
\N \N ; powdered)
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Rock salt and ground pepper

Place the mozzarella evenly on the pizza base with the parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with the pepper and salt. Bake in a hot oven (200C/415F) for about 8-10 minutes until brown.

Serve with a tomato, olive and basil salad.
