Paprika rabbit with caraway noodles

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 2 | Rabbits | |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
| 1½ | cup | Heavy cream |
| ¼ | cup | Sherry |
| 3 | cups | Egg noodles |
| 2 | tablespoons | Caraway seeds |
Directions
Mix salt & pepper in flour. Roll rabbit in flour. Heat half the butter in skillet & brown rabbit. Mix paprika with cream. Add sherry to meat, then cream. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 hour. A little water may be required half way through cooking. Boil & drain noodles.
Melt in remaining butter & sprinkle seeds over. Serve with rabbit.
