Paprika beef

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Minced steak |
| 3 | mediums | Onions |
| 4 | ounces | Mushrooms |
| 5 | ounces | Can tomato paste |
| 2 | cups | Water |
| 2 | Chicken stock cubes | |
| 1 | Bayleaf | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Mixed herbs |
| Salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Place minced steak in saucepan, stir until it browns lightly. Add peeled and chopped onions and sliced mushrooms; cook, stirring, 5 mins. Pour off any excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients, blend well. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 20-30 mins.
Remove bayleaf before serving. Serve with hot rice or mashed potatoes.
