Paprika pork with peppers

| ½ | pint | Vegetable stock |
| ¼ | pint | Dry white wine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | Red bell pepper; halved, | |
| Seeded, sliced | ||
| 7 | fluid ounce | Creme fraiche |
Directions
Recipe by: Simply Delicious Preparation Time: 0:05 Melt butter in a large frying pan and fry chops for 3-4 mins until browned. Season. Add garlic, stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once.
Add sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins until chops are cooked.
