Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Soy sauce |
6 ounces | Can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
½ cup | Strong brewed tea |
¼ cup | Dry sherry |
3 tablespoons | Rice wine vinegar or |
2 tablespoons | White vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Peanut oil or Oriental sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | Honey |
2 teaspoons | Five-spice powder |
3 \N | Garlic clove(s), minced |
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 5 days. An excellent mate for duck, tuna, shrimp and lobster.
