Pacific rim marinade

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Soy sauce
6 ounces Can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
½ cup Strong brewed tea
¼ cup Dry sherry
3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar or
2 tablespoons White vinegar
2 tablespoons Peanut oil or Oriental sesame oil
2 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Five-spice powder
3 \N Garlic clove(s), minced

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 5 days. An excellent mate for duck, tuna, shrimp and lobster.
