Pacific rim marinade

2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

¾cupSoy sauce
6ouncesCan frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
½cupStrong brewed tea
¼cupDry sherry
3tablespoonsRice wine vinegar or
2tablespoonsWhite vinegar
2tablespoonsPeanut oil or Oriental sesame oil
2tablespoonsHoney
2teaspoonsFive-spice powder
3Garlic clove(s), minced

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 5 days. An excellent mate for duck, tuna, shrimp and lobster.
