Pacific rim marinade

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 6 | ounces | Can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
| ½ | cup | Strong brewed tea |
| ¼ | cup | Dry sherry |
| 3 | tablespoons | Rice wine vinegar or |
| 2 | tablespoons | White vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Peanut oil or Oriental sesame oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | teaspoons | Five-spice powder |
| 3 | Garlic clove(s), minced | |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 5 days. An excellent mate for duck, tuna, shrimp and lobster.
