Ozark pudding

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg | |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| ½ | cup | Chopped apples |
Directions
Beat egg; gradually add sugar and beat until smooth. Stir in flour, sifted with baking powder; add vanilla, nuts and apples and mix well.
Bake in a shallow pie pan in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut as pie and serve with whipped cream.
