Beahm's ozark pudding

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| 2 | Chopped Granny Smith apples | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | small | Can crushed pineapples*; (optional) |
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, then stir into the egg-sugar mixture. Add apples, nuts, and vanilla and pineapple if preferred. Bake in buttered pie pan in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream or frozen yogurt. busted by sooz
