Oysters priscilla

Ingredients

12Oysters; in shell (up to)
2Dozen cooked small shrimp
¼cupGrated cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsSliced mushrooms
Grated Parmesan cheese
2cupsWhite sauce (consistency of thick batter)
1dashGarlic salt
1dashRed pepper

Directions

Place a layer of rock salt in bottom of 2 pie pans. Drain oysters and level shells in pan. Bake at 350 for several minutes until heated through. Remove from oven and garnish with 1-2 shrimp and several mushroom slices. Combine white sauce, garlic salt and red pepper. Spoon white sauce generously over each oyster. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Return pans to oven and bake 15-20 minutes. Brown lightly under broiler.
