½cupChili sauce
½cupHot horseradish
1cupGrated old cheddar
1cupGrated mozzarella
1cupGrated brick cheese
36Oysters
2cupsFine dry bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Combine sauce & horseradish. Combine cheeses.

Shuck oysters; drain. Discard flat upper shell & detach flesh. Over each oyster in shell, spoon 1 tsp. sauce & sprinkle with cheeses. Top with crumbs & bake until cheese has browned.
