| ½ | cup | Hot horseradish |
| 1 | cup | Grated old cheddar |
| 1 | cup | Grated mozzarella |
| 1 | cup | Grated brick cheese |
| 36 | Oysters | |
| 2 | cups | Fine dry bread crumbs |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Combine sauce & horseradish. Combine cheeses.
Shuck oysters; drain. Discard flat upper shell & detach flesh. Over each oyster in shell, spoon 1 tsp. sauce & sprinkle with cheeses. Top with crumbs & bake until cheese has browned.
