| 1 | pinch | Coarse pepper |
| 1 | pinch | Cayenne pepper |
| ½ | fluid ounce | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | fluid ounce | Vinegar |
| 1 | each | Egg yolk |
Directions
Shake all except egg yolk over ice and strain into old fashoned glass over two ice cubes. Carefully add yolk without breaking. Should be gulped in one shot!
