Prairie oyster

Measure Ingredient
1 fluid ounce Brandy
1 teaspoon Catsup
1 pinch Coarse pepper
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
½ fluid ounce Worcestershire sauce
½ fluid ounce Vinegar
1 each Egg yolk

Shake all except egg yolk over ice and strain into old fashoned glass over two ice cubes. Carefully add yolk without breaking. Should be gulped in one shot!
