Ingredients

| 28 | ounces | Sliced stewed tomatoes |

| 2 | cups | Celery-large pieces |
| 4 | eaches | Potatoes-cut in 1\" cubes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | each | Salt & pepper as needed |
Directions
Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1½ hrs. Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
