| 1 | Well beaten egg | |
| 1 | cup | Fine bread crumbs |

Directions
Melt margarine in baking dish in 325 oven. (Do not allow margarine to brown.) Dip fish in melted margarine, then in egg, then in crumbs, coating well; season with salt & pepper. Bake in 375 oven for 15-20 minutes. Garnish.
