Oven fried perch

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Margarine
8 \N Perch, cod or haddock
\N \N Fillets weighing a total of
1½ \N Lb
1 \N Well beaten egg
1 cup Fine bread crumbs
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Melt margarine in baking dish in 325 oven. (Do not allow margarine to brown.) Dip fish in melted margarine, then in egg, then in crumbs, coating well; season with salt & pepper. Bake in 375 oven for 15-20 minutes. Garnish.
