Oven chicken salad

| 4 | ounces | Mushroom stems & pieces, can drained |
| ¼ | cup | Canned pimiento, finely chopped |
| 8 | Puff pastry shells, baked | |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the second 1 cup of croutons in
a 1½-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and the 1 cup of croutons or crushed potato chips. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly.
