Oven barbecued chicken quarters

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon Liquid red pepper seasoning
4 \N Whole broiler-fryer legs (thigh and drumstick)
\N \N Skin removed (about 2 pounds)

In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and red pepper seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat well, cover. Chill 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil. Place chicken in pan; reserve sauce. Bake 1 hour, basting several times with sauce, or until chicken is tender.

Makes 4 servings.
