|1 \N||Roasting chicken, quartered|
|1 \N||Large diced onion|
|\N \N||Garlic, minced|
|\N \N||Salt, pepper, paprika|
Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add about ½ cup of water and cover. Roast at 350 F.
until almost tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered, turning once until each piece is golden brown.
