Roast quartered chicken

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Roasting chicken, quartered
1 \N Large diced onion
\N \N Garlic, minced
\N \N Salt, pepper, paprika

Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add about ½ cup of water and cover. Roast at 350 F.

until almost tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered, turning once until each piece is golden brown.
