Oriental tuna cutlets

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 xes Tuna cutlets (steaks)
¼ cup Fresh orange juice
cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind (zest)
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Garam masala

Directions

SAUCE

Combine all above ingredients in a shallow container, put 4 tuna cutlets into the container, making sure the sauce is on all parts of the cutlets. Marinate for 3 hours. Grill and baste with marinade while grilling. About 3 mins. for each side. Serve with green salad tossed in lemon juice and honey.
