½ cup | Bread crumbs |
¼ cup | Vegetable oil |
3 slices | Mozzarella cheese; halved |
1 pack | Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix (1 5/8 oz); prepared according to pkg directions |
½ cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Sauté cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
