Italian cutlets

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
Flour
2 Eggs; beaten
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Vegetable oil
3 slices Mozzarella cheese; halved
1 pack Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix (1 5/8 oz); prepared according to pkg directions
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Sauté‚ cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
