Oriental spicy salad

Ingredients

6dashesChinese hot oil

6teaspoonsWhite vinegar
3packsRamen noodles, chicken flavr
2teaspoonsSesame seeds
2ouncesSlivered almonds (toast for
15 minutes in 300 degree
Oven)

Directions

Mix sugar, pepper, vegetable oil, sesame seed oil, Chinese oil, salt, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add cabbage and scallions; toss and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Squeeze packages of uncooked Ramen noodles to crush. Add to cabbage mixture, along with the sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Add packs of noodle seasoning to suit your taste.
