Oriental spicy salad

Measure Ingredient
½ \N Head of cabbage, chopped
4 \N Scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Sesame seed oil
6 dashes Chinese hot oil
1 teaspoon Salt
6 teaspoons White vinegar
3 packs Ramen noodles, chicken flavr
2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
2 ounces Slivered almonds (toast for
\N \N 15 minutes in 300 degree
\N \N Oven)

Mix sugar, pepper, vegetable oil, sesame seed oil, Chinese oil, salt, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add cabbage and scallions; toss and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Squeeze packages of uncooked Ramen noodles to crush. Add to cabbage mixture, along with the sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Add packs of noodle seasoning to suit your taste.
