¼ cup | Mirin (sweet rice wine) |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 \N | Carrots, shredded or julienned |
½ cup | Green onions, diced |
\N \N | Any other veggies you'd like, such as red bell pepper |
1 teaspoon | Chinese chili paste or some hot pepper flakes |
DRESSING
Add sauce to veggies and let marinate for about an hour. Serve with pitas or rice.
