Oriental salad (vegan)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sliced or shredded cabbage
½ cup Snow peas
1 \N Can chinese baby corn, drained and rinsed
1 \N Can water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
¼ cup Mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 \N Carrots, shredded or julienned
½ cup Green onions, diced
\N \N Any other veggies you'd like, such as red bell pepper
1 teaspoon Chinese chili paste or some hot pepper flakes


Add sauce to veggies and let marinate for about an hour. Serve with pitas or rice.
