Oriental bbq ribs

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Pork spareribs
½ cup Triple Sec
½ tablespoon Garlic -- minced
½ cup Teriyaki sauce
\N \N Minced
¼ cup Orange juice -- (freshly
\N \N Black pepper to taste
\N \N Squeezed is best)
1 tablespoon Ginger; peeled -- chopped
2 teaspoons Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Orange zest -- freshly
\N \N Grated
2 tablespoons Cilantro or parsley --
\N \N Chopped

RIBS

FOR MARINADE

1. Combine marinade ingredients. Place spareribs in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Place in the refrigerator and let soak 6 hours or overnight, turn- ing occasionally. 2. Preheat oven to 350.

Place ribs with marinade in oven for 40 minutes, basting frequently.

Meanwhile, prepare coals for grilling. 3. Remove ribs from oven and place on grill, 3 to 4 inches above hot coals. Grill for l5 or 20 minutes, turning and basting, until ribs are cooked through. Serve hot.
