Orange whip

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3¾ ounce Package of vanilla instant
Pudding
3 ounces Package of orange Jello
15 ounces Crushed pineapple, drained
11 ounces Mandarin oranges, drained
9 ounces Cool Whip
2 cups Boiling water

Mix pudding and Jello in a bowl. Add water and mix well. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Add oranges and pineapple. Refrigerate another 15 minutes. Fold in topping. It tastes best when made 1 day ahead.
