Orange horseradish cream - house beautiful

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Crime fraiche |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup | Prepared white horseradish, drained |
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely minced orange zest |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon-style mustard |
| ½ | cup | Heavy cream |
| Pinch of sugar | ||
| Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In a bowl, mix together creme fraiche, mayonnaise, horseradish, orange zest and mustard.
In a bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Using a rubber spatula, fold the whipped cream into the creme fraiche mixture. Stir sugar, salt and pepper into the mixture and transfer it to a serving bowl.
