¼ pounds | Margarine |
1 cup | Brown Sugar -- packed |
1 \N | Egg |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 cup | Whole-Wheat Flour |
½ teaspoon | Baking Soda |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Rolled Oats |
½ cup | Nuts -- chopped |
½ cup | Coconut -- grated |
¾ cup | Raisins |
1. Blend together the margarine and brown sugar. 2. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time while blending. Add each one as the preceding one disappears. 3. Drop generous teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake about 12 minutes at 350°F.
Makes 3 dozen.
