Oatmeal raisin streusel muffins

Directions

STREUSEL

Combine melted butter, milk, egg & ⅔ cup oats. Let stand 10 minutes.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in raisins. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full. Combine streusel ingredients & sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400 F for 20 - 22 minutes. Per muffin: 178⅘ cal, 4⅖ g fat (22½%), 1 mg chol NOTES : One egg can be used in place of the egg substitute.
