Orange streusel muffins

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup All purpose flour
¼ cup Sugar
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
¾ cup Milk
⅓ cup Oil
¼ cup Orange marmalade
2 tablespoons All purpose flour
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Softened butter
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Chopped pecans

STREUSEL TOPPING

Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. In another mixing bowl combine egg, oil and milk. Add all at once to the flour mixture stirring just until moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into muffin pan and top with 1 teaspoon of marmalade. Spoon another tablespoon of batter on top of the marmalade. Sprinkle a tablespoon of streusel topping over this. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
