Oatmeal hawaiian bread

Measure Ingredient
4 Eggs
1½ cup Sugar
2½ cup Flour
2½ cup (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,
Drained
3 cups (10 oz.) coconut
2 teaspoons Soda
1½ cup Oats
2 teaspoons Salt

Combine eggs, sugar, and beat until light. Sift flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Remove from pans immediately.
