Spicy oven fried chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Whole chicken; cut up
⅓ cup Cornmeal
⅓ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ cup Milk
4 tablespoons Butter; melted

Preheat oven to 375° Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag and set aside. Dip chicken in milk and toss in bag to coat. Place in baking dish and drizzle with butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
