Nutty avocado and apple w/honey vinaigrett

2largesGreen apples
1tablespoonSalted peanuts
1teaspoonHoney
1tablespoonRed wine vinegar
teaspoonThyme
teaspoonDill

Directions

Peel and slice the avocado and apple. In a large bowl, mix the honey, dill, thyme and vinegar well. Add the fruit to the dressing and toss well. Serve with grilled chicken or pork (or tofu or tempeh).
