Norwegian waffles

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Buttermilk
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Butter
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
4 \N Eggs
2½ cup Flour

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the other ingredients gradually. Bake in hot waffle iron. Norwegian wZ than the usual American waf than being a breakfast food, they are served cold(like cake) with coffee in the afternoon.
