Norwegian sugared nuts

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Salted nuts (mixed or all one kind)
2 \N Egg whites
3 teaspoons Water
2 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Cinnamon

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add nuts and stir until all are coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over coated nuts. Bake on greased foil lined cookie sheet 25 to 30 minutes.

Stir fre- quently. They should be dry when done. Break apart when cool and store in covered containers. Serves a crowd or nice for packaging for gift giving.
