Nora mill buckwheat buttermilk pancakes

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup NORA MILL buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon Dry yeast
1 cup Buttermilk
3 tablespoons NORA MILL whole wheat flour
1 cup Lukewarm water
½ teaspoon Salt

Dissolve dry yeast into lukewarm water. Add buttermilk, both flours, and salt, then mix well. Let set overnight. Bake the next day on a hot griddle.
