| ½ | small | Head red cabbage; ditto |
| 3 | Medium-sized carrots; grated | |
| 1 | Medium-sized sweet onion; thinly sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Hellman's mayonnaise |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dried minced onion |
| Freshly ground pepper to taste | ||
Directions
DRESSING
Mix up the dressing and toss with the vegetables. Add more salt if necessary. Add more sugar if you're not a Yankee. Chill for a while. Eat with something a lot higher on the food chain.
