Measure Ingredient
Shredded cabbage
Thinly sliced onion
Shredded daikon or red radish
Roasted unsalted peanuts; coarsely chopped
Peanut oil
Vinegar
Chopped cilantro
Chopped fresh green chiles to taste (mostly I use Jalapenos; Habs would be fine)

Another variation is to skip the peanut oil and use the Thai mixture of lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
