4 cups | Shredded cabbage (up to) |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
4 tablespoons | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Minced onion |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ cup | Salad oil |
\N \N | Parsley and paprika for garnish |
Wash, drain, and chill cabbage. Shred. Combine sugar, vinegar, onion, salt, and salad oil. Add cabbage and mix lightly. Garnish with parsley and dash of paprika. Yield: 6 servings.
