Yield: 6 Servings
|4 cups||Shredded cabbage (up to)|
|1 tablespoon||Minced onion|
|⅓ cup||Salad oil|
|Parsley and paprika for garnish|
Wash, drain, and chill cabbage. Shred. Combine sugar, vinegar, onion, salt, and salad oil. Add cabbage and mix lightly. Garnish with parsley and dash of paprika. Yield: 6 servings.
