1 quart | Milk |
1 can | Evaporated milk |

½ cup | Sugar |
Seperate eggs and beat yolks with ¼ c of sugar, and whites with ¼ c of sugar. In large container, pour 1 bottle of Newfoundland Screech, 1 qt of milk, 1 tin of evaporated milk, and egg yolk mixture. Beat for about two minutes then top with egg whites.
Sprinkle with nut-meg.
