Blended eggnog

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Eggs or egg sub
1½ cup Whipping cream
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Spiced rum
1.00 Ice cubes
1.00 Grated nutmeg

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of electi blender; process 5 seconds. Add enough ice to bring mix to 2½ level c ; process until smooth stopping once to scrape down sides. Sprinkle eahc serving with nutmeg & serve immediately. Yield 2 ½ c.
