2litresGrape or black currant cocktail, well chilled
12eachesEggs, seperated
¼cupFresh lemon juice
cupIcing sugar
1litreWhipping cream
gramNutmeg

Directions

Beat egg yolks, lemon juice and icing sugar until thick and lemon colored. Blend in grape or black currant cocktail juice and whipped cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into mixture.
