Newfoundland dumplings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Milk

Blend together the flour,baking powder and salt.Stir in ½ cup of milk.Drop by large spoonful over hot stew or soup.Cover and simmer 15 minutes.Serve with the stew or soup.
