New orleans barbecue sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Tomato catsup
1 cup Chili sauce
½ cup Currant jelly
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons A-1 sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Coarsely cracked black pepper
\N \N Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix to blend well. Makes 3½ cups. Served at Cafe Orleans at Disneyland Ca.
