Louisiana style bbq sauce

| 1 | cup | Seeded minced green bell peppers |
| 1 | cup | Minced celery |
| 8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| ¾ | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Creole mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Apple cider vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Liquid hot pepper sauce |

From: Brenda Laughlin <brenl104@...> Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 17:54:28 -0500 Saute onions, bell peppers, and celery in oils for 5 minutes add remaining ingredients-mix well heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Use as a sauce with shellfish and rice.
